Senior Machine Learning Engineer >>

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI R&D Team.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience and a deep understanding of Large Language Model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and a solid foundation in software development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will work closely with our key customers, some of the biggest global technology leaders;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit business requirements, design and develop roadmaps, create and implement machine learning models;
• Architect, implement, and optimize scalable and efficient AI solutions for a variety of domains and industries, with a primary focus on LLM / NLP;
• Experiment with the new technologies and AI advancements and proactively suggest new ideas, solutions, and approaches in your professional area.

REQUIREMENTS

• Expert-level proficiency in Python;
• Proven experience in designing and architecting AI solutions;
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and mathematical foundation behind them;
• Practical knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks, such as Tensorflow and PyTorch;
• Proven experience with LLM development and fine-tuning;
• Solid understanding of NLP techniques and frameworks, and recommendation engines;
• Experience with creating real-time AI assistants and data streaming technologies;
• Familiarity with vector databases;
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, preferably AWS and GoogleAI;
• Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good command of English, at least Upper-Intermediate level;
• Leadership experience would be nice to have.
